Returned items on 4/8, they said refund will appear on original payment method. It is 5/16, and I have received yet. Called customer service and was told their refund system is down for refunds, and don't have an idea when it would be up. I suggested them contacting store I bought the items back to( Metarie) and ket them issue the refund. The wanted to give me a gift card. I didn't pay with a gift card. I have receipts and return receipts, but out of my money

My wife tried to return an item less than 24 hours after purchasing it. They gave her a gift receipt and not a regular receipt. Gift receipts only allow for an exchange. I believe it's systemic fraud to deny returns so that their commissioned sales people don't have to lose their commission. The employee, "Gabby" was rude, showed no compassion, offered no help whatsoever. Corporate is investigating and I am certain the return will be processed but it's sad that Herculean efforts are needed to make a return after a single day. The bigger issue is having a store employee treat customers (a businesses lifeblood) with absolute indifference and discourtesy. It was truly sad to experience this tonight and made my children upset when their mom thought she was duped out of $250. Here's my kids in Janie & Jack clothing but never again! I'm in touch with executives at GoGlobalRetail and will file a complaint with Lakeside Mall, BBB, and the AG's office in the days ahead.

Today we had a very bad experience at the Metairie location. We usually buy our children clothes there. My wife order clothes online and they were too small. We went there , was trying to exchange it. The vendor was very racist and rude. She had a nasty attitude because we were different. When she saw that my wife was wearing different clothes and her hair covered, she assumed we couldn’t speak English so she wouldn’t even respond to us. My wife was was testing her so she ask her if she could order one pair of clothes in 18-24 months. The lady said, “No we don’t have that size.” My wife checked it right after and yes it was available. Below is a picture my wife took from the sizes available after we had ask the vendor. This was our favorite store and we really liked the quality of their clothes but I guess we will not be buying there anymore. For those people who are not white and not wearing the typical jeans and and shirt, please do not go to Janie and Jack in Metairie because I will tell you.. racism and discrimination do exist there and you will experience it.

Customer service is non existent. I ordered something two weeks ago and still don’t have it! Products now on sale with free 2 day shipping. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told it will take 24 to 48 hours for that to happen.

Came to the store to purchase items for my granddaughters school pictures. The Hispanic worker was extremely rude and told us we only had 3 minutes to shop. The door was roped off and the mall didn't close for another 20 minutes. Of all the times I have visited this store I can honestly say I have never been treated so horribly. Is this how paying customers are treated? Everyone is always so nice and pleasant. Does your corporate office train managers/employees on having interpersonal communication skills/customer service skills or did she just pass on that portion of the employment? I will make my purchases online for now on.

The manager who works at this store is the rudest person on this planet. If she doesn't agree with your question she escorts you out of the store. From a store that's very pricy and has had a lot of my business, I am very disappointed by the amount of disrespect, discrimination and arrogance from this woman.

Very up set! I bought a sweater for my son's baptism, went home and washed it. It had my entire house smelling like rotten eggs and the color was darkened (it was a cream sweater, now more like grey) I called to exchange the sweater and they won't allow it due to noone having this problem. I cant believe it! So now I have a sweater that smells and I'm out the money it cost! I didn't even ask for a refund I just wanted another sweater!
