I recently visited this chic home interior store, and I must say, it's a true gem. The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the exquisite decor and stylish furnishings. The attention to detail in their selection is evident, and the quality of their products is outstanding. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, offering great design advice. I left with some beautiful pieces that have completely transformed my home. If you're looking to elevate your living space with elegant and trendy decor, this store is a must-visit. Not a place to go if you are following current health guidelines. None of the employees I saw were wearing masks. My mother and I were wearing masks and doing our best to maintain a distance while looking to furnish our new house when a sales associate with no madk brought a customer also with no mask into the very small space my mother and I were in. No awareness no apologies. Despite the fact they carry two brands we were interested in we will not go back. Luckily for us Sofa and Chairs is just down the road and they happily provide masks to all shoppers. We found all that we needed there.

I have had nothing but a great experience at Jade! Jennifer helped with the design of our new home in Chicago and went above and beyond to make sure all the furniture was perfect. I love shopping here and will be a return customer!

Many of our friends told us how great this little shop was so my wife dragged me in there to see what all the fuss was about. While I was looking at the gadgets and water bottles she was looking at everything from jewelry to furniture. One of the girls asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and I told her we had been looking for some end tables for our bedroom for months and just could not find what we wanted. Within 15 minutes we had catalogs in front of us and multiple pieces that we liked. Ended up ordering a set for a great price and will have them delivered before Christmas. Note for the guys: Had been pulled into shopping in furniture stores multiple weekends which took away from guy time. If we had just gone here first I would have probably cut a few strokes off my game. Double thumbs up to the girls at Jade!!!!

Jade is one of my favorite stores! Everyone is so helpful. I live in Washington state and I've ordered from them a couple times. Everyone that works there will take the time to take pictures of times and send them to me if I'm searching for something. The only thing I wish they would change is to move to Washington. I'd buy more!

Do not shop here. Terrible customer service...damaged merchandise and very expensive! I had a very frustrating experience with them. Be warned.
