My State Farm loyalty goes back generations, but this new model of salesman is Ivory
Tower. I spend thousands of dollars a year with Jacob Chapman, never met him. The first call I received from this group was a sales call to buy life insurance. The young woman who answered my call today at his office, however, was wonderful. My stars go to her!
