Hello, good afternoon Community. My experience upon entering the Ideal Market was as follows. I was greeted by one of the suppliers with a surprising good afternoon, Gentleman, go ahead! I exclaimed. which made me smile and gain confidence. I approached the food section and the young woman greeted me saying, welcome! Gentleman, how can I help you? At the time he pleased me with my takeout orders. Everything was going very well with Customer Service. When I approached the cashier whose name is reflected on her badge as Valentina, I said good afternoon to her and she didn't respond. I thought at the time that maybe she hadn't heard me correctly, I approached the cashier and told her good afternoon, how was your day. Obviously it left me with words in the air. It seems to me to be a rude act, without education and lack of customer service. My recommendation as a Mystery client is that this person receives new training as soon as possible and in Customer Service from the most basic. People like this ruin the effort and work of the group and of others who put a lot of effort and charisma into it.

A place that makes you remember your country of origin, of course if you are Latin ?, good attention from the girls, plenty of parking, there is a coinstar to exchange your coins. You can do any accounting transaction since they have a kiosk as a bank, the only thing they fail at is the dining room. If you are going to eat there, it is outside on some benches and with this cold ? you can't.

I don't know why they advertise they close at 10pm, when they have a man not letting anyone at 9:40, with the place full of customers. He claimed that they had just mopped the entrance. This has been multiple times. Drove all the way there many times just to be told I could not come in before 10

I have always had a good experience in this store, where I have been a customer for more than 6 years and I have bought many cakes for various birthdays and they have never made me pay before receiving the cake. The employee was mocking towards me and my husband when I questioned why I should pay before receiving the cake. They were discriminatory towards me and they have lost a client. Buy somewhere else.

They have the best prices in New Orleans !! Amazing customer service from the cashiers and deli employees! Hospitality at its finest very well decor throughout the whole store! Amazing vibes and will always do my weekly shopping here ??
