My tax professional, Esther, was excellent to work with. She took over my account after I uploaded all of my documents had not heard from the person I used last year. She was easy to work with and I will continue to work with her again.

If you’re the owner of a small business with multiple side hustles don’t go here! I should’ve trusted my instincts and ran out of that place! I’m paying absolutely way more than I should be because the lady didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve called customer service and hopefully they’ll make it right!

Where to begin. They don't answer the phone when you call. They close the office without warning. They set their phones so that you get a disconnect message. They don't call you back after your appointments. They've had my taxes for 2 weeks with zero follow up. I finally got one of them to answer the phone and they hung up on me. Avoid this office. Then again. This behavior might be limited to the preparer I was dealing with. I had to make a 2nd appointment to find out what's going on and it's with a different preparer. Worst service ever encountered at an H&R Block and I've been using them for 20 years.
