no appointment walk-in and very sorry wait time. taxes were filed pretty quickly as well. staff was friendly

I had a Saturday AM appointment & after last year's 45 minute long wait, I was concerned it might happen again, so I brought a book. Fortunately for my schedule, my preparer was ready for me when I arrived! ;-)
