LOVE the workout. However, I think it's terrible that they don't stress stretching after such an intense workout and that ladies literally walk out the door within 1min of the last timer going off without letting their heart rate get down and/or stretching. Ladies that attend classes just seem very stand offish.

This is a high intensity interval training workout where you can get the more bang for buck in 60 minutes than anywhere else in Metairie.

Hour Blast Metairie is one fun place to work out! The upbeat music, positive trainer attitude and convenient morning hours keep me coming back for more.
