“My daughter and I were in town for the Eras Tour and stayed here Thursday & Friday night! The staff was so incredibly friendly and so helpful! My daughter gave bracelets to two of the staff members at the front desk who made sure to check in and see how we were doing every time we returned to the hotel. They shared our excitement for the weekend and really made us feel welcome. While you can't walk to any of the main tourist areas from the hotel everything is a quick and easy uber/lyft ride away! We felt safe which was a concern of mine traveling to a new city for the first time. The rooms were clean and had a lot of space!”
“I had an issue with check-in, BUT... when problems are handled with quick responses that bring solutions to take care of the customer, that is all that matters. Ashley (the General Manager) replied back to my concern before I even woke up the next morning on a holiday weekend. She cares. Customer service is everything and she totally gets it. We all make mistakes, but the way we respond to them is what truly matters. I'll continue to stay at this property as a result as I have many times happily in the past!”

“Offers a helpful and agreeable stay for voyagers visiting the New Orleans region. The lodging's area gives simple admittance to the city while offering extensive rooms and well disposed help. Notwithstanding, a few visitors might find the rooms obsolete, and the eating choices inside the lodging are restricted. Moreover, stopping charges and infrequent commotion from the close by thruway might bring down the general insight. In any case, taking into account its incentive at the cost, it stays a strong decision for guests to the area.”

“We had a lovely stay as a family. The rooms and bathrooms are big, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. All appliances work well, even though some are a bit old; for example, the air conditioning was a bit loud and the toilets a bit slow, but they get the work done. Very nice and convenient breakfast; even though it is the same menu every day, we enjoyed it as it was tasty and fresh. All the staff was very polite and all rooms and common areas perfectly clean. In terms of location, it’s a short drive from the French Quarter and other popular attractions, so very convenient. There are also some dining options around the hotel; we had a lovely dinner at Boulevard American Bistro which is very close. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel.
