My daughter and I were in town for the Eras Tour and stayed here Thursday & Friday night! The staff was so incredibly friendly and so helpful! My daughter gave bracelets to two of the staff members at the front desk who made sure to check in and see how we were doing every time we returned to the hotel. They shared our excitement for the weekend and really made us feel welcome. While you can't walk to any of the main tourist areas from the hotel everything is a quick and easy uber/lyft ride away! We felt safe which was a concern of mine traveling to a new city for the first time. The rooms were clean and had a lot of space!

Let me just start with the pros the staff here was AMAZING only one was kinda rude at one point but the direction of the conversation changed after a few minutes second great location easy access free parking restaurant on site once upgraded to suite I really loved my room other than smell which I bought room spray from bath and body works and once again staff was absolutely great I can’t say that enough
Cons the hotel had a absolutely horrid smell on the 5th floor whether it was mold dog or the cigarette smell that I mentioned several times and housekeeping rarely came within the week I was there even after speaking to housekeeping requesting service first room was ok but it was in a corner that had 4 rooms too close to each other thankfully I was moved after having somebody bang on my door super loud thank u manager for that the restaurant food was not good the gumbo tasted burnt and the sliders were old and dry I spit it out after the first bite lastly idk if it came from the shower or the carpets being dirty but I ended up getting foot fungus being there which I’m appalled by so definitely need to rip up those carpets and redo the flooring
Rooms: Need an upgrade
Safety: Pretty decent location in my opinion
Walkability: Close to Highway 10 min from French quarter
Food and drinks: Good on site was gross

Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. I don’t know if it was just the floor we stayed on or what but the hallway was very smelly, dark and dirty, with trash on the floor. The carpet in the room was very dirty, sheets were smelly, air conditioner wasn’t very good with no circulation. The bed was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was horrible. Only one wash cloth. Smelly towels. Very tiny windows. Our company put us here for one night but I’m going to recommend they don’t use this hotel anymore.

Hallways reak of mold. Staff unhelpful. Sketchy parking lot. No CC auth.
The reply is untruthful. They do not accept Direct Bill or CC auth. They require a card at the desk. Either that or the clerk was untruthful at checkin. Steer clear of here.

Nice clean rooms ?? PLUS they have dove soap
Haven't ate their food but the restaurant looks clean
Nice quiet suburban location .
I WILL BE COMING BACK .
Rooms: They beds are cozy and rooms are cute and clean ☺️
Nearby activities: You're by a mall and alot of restaurants, plus ur 10 minutes drive from bourbon Street

Location is good--easy access to highway--the food was good, staff was pleasant, rooms are ok--hallways are dark and dank and in need of a major makeover. The gym was nice. Rates are good. Free parking. I do plan to stay here again--due to easy access to the highway--and the restaurant staff.

This hotel is very out dated and dirty and smells. I walked into my room and immediately went back to the lobby and cancel my reservation and went to a different hotel.

Very nice hotel but the staff there, they are the best. The lady texted to be sure we got in room, the staff in the restaurant was also exceptional. The hotel is in a very busy area which we did not like but due to the staff being so lovely we will stay here again. They have an outdoor pool also.
Safety: Very safe area. But it is a very busy area.
