Terrible experience, Mark Manganello, "helped" set my wife and up with insurance, after up selling us on various policies for vision and dental we discovered he misspelled our names on all our plans. When bringing the issue up he sated he would "get right on it" but never actually did. Numerous calls / texts / unanswered emails we were left on our own to correct the issue which took multiple hours on hold with Humana and with the Health markets.gov call center. After all that the dental and vision plans he "hooked us up with" werent accepted anywhere in the GNO area. Truly terrible service and a horrific company to deal with, do yourself a favor, do it yourself, you'll end up saving time and money.
