Excellent customer service! Just the nicest people ever running the place and so very patient with my stupid questions. They carry a beautifully curated and displayed assortment of high end wellness products. Other customers I encountered were super cool. Nice impulse decision - I'll definitely be back!

I placed an online order for conditioner that is hard to find near me, and happened to be out of stock once they went to fulfill the order at Health4Nola. I received a phone call from the store letting me know they could recommend another product that was similar if I was still interested. Within a few days I received my replacement conditioner AND a bottle of shampoo. What an awesome surprise! I would definitely purchase from Health4Nola again based on their customer service alone. Thanks again!

The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel ignorant nor rushed by my lack of knowledge coming into the store for the first time. In the short while I was there, there were about 4 regular customers who came in, proving that they are worth coming back to.
