The service I received from Guy's was great from beginning to end. I dealt with Kurt the entire time, except when I picked up my car. He was prompt and forthcoming in his communication with me, from my initial scheduling phone call, through his updates and up to the "your car is ready" call. The price for the parts and labor was reasonable, and the checkout process was efficient. (I didn't catch the name of the gent who took my payment, but he was easy to talk to and amiable.) All in all, I'd trust my car with Guy's again, and I feel confident that everyone was on the up and up with me throughout my entire transaction.

Excellent service. The reps I interacted with over phone and in the office were great at communicating and knew what they were talking about. They were also effective at using text messaging to send me detailed estimates and answer my follow-up questions. I’ll choose Guy’s first over other shops from now on (I won’t wait another 40 years to come back ?).

We took our Mercedes in to repair a sensor. The job was quoted and the work started. The shop later came back and said the job took longer than what was stated in the standard hours for the repair and I needed to pay extra. Do you think they give a discount if they finish a job sooner. I'm certain that's not the case. At any rate, this was unethical and I don't recommend the shop.
- In response to the owner, it was very clearly articulated that the job was beyond the booked labor hours and it would take more time. There is a reason they have standard labor hours for repair jobs. I'm not sure what I was expected to do, have a tow truck drag the car to another shop and pay Guy's for the work to investigate the issue only to pay the next shop for the same work??? Very unethical...

Wow!!!! Amazing service. I will never take my Volkswagen to another mechanic. I love Volkswagen engineering but could never find a great mechanic. I was questioning a trade in not anymore! These guys are spot on. Honest and quick. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.

I made an appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning. My engine light was on but now it was not on so it would not show what was the problem? So why should I pay a $167 for something that was not gonna show? What was the problem for the vehicle?
Which I told Kurt. I told him that my brakes needed to be done. They put it up on the rack for not even 5 minutes. And it cost me $57 and some change. But yet he could not tell me what it would cost to do my back brakes. Because he could not getting online or whatever the reason was, but yet he could tell me how much it would cost for a front.E and alignment for my car and another item that I asked about I was told that he would call me the next day to see how much it would cost for my brakes to be done. That was Wednesday, the 13th. And I never received a phone call. I found another mechanic that was way better. I would never go there ever again. Terrible terrible the money I paid for them to put my car up and to tell me that my back breaks were bad. Shouldn't have been added to the cost of what it would cost to put new brakes on what a rip-off artist.

The staff was very kind when my car needed a scan to investigate an unknown problem. And it happened right before Deep Gras weekend so they held my car for a few days and had a diagnosis by 8:45am on Wednesday after Mardi Gras! Mr. Guy was very kind to let my 4-year old walk through the garage and fuel his love of cars, too. Very grateful to meet kind and patient mechanics! And I’m delighted my 15 year old Toyota lives on!
