My only issue was that some of the trays of buffet foods we're lacking or there were heating
issues/quality issues...
I published a review citing the issues and got a response within 24 hours: they stated they would pass the information on to the appropriate group, and a week or two later I went back and it was dramatically improved! Way to go whole foods team!
This kind of communication, feedback, and responsiveness is rare in New Orleans, so what a breath of fresh air when it actually happens.

“I was in the neighborhood and needed some groceries, so I stopped in. It was my first visit there. The store was clean and had plenty of inventory. The prices were very reasonable, and there was a wide variety of products. Checkout was quick, and the Associates were friendly. I'll definitely stop here when I'm in the area.”

I know there were many cashiers but she was fair-skinned she wore her hair going towards the back she was the second register/cashier from the last heading towards the restroom. “There’s always that one store in a community that sells alcohol to minors. Well…a few times I’ve walked in on a weekend night and kids that looked 16 loaded the counter with a wide range of alcoholic beverages. No doubt they were using their parents credit cards and probably being charged a 100% markup ?. Also, they don’t turn the freezer to the proper temp as I bought a king cone ice cream bar, and it was melted. However, the owner and employees are pretty cool and will give you a bag (if you ask for one) ?”
