This location is totally dishonest and not providing paid services.
Even you pay for the tires rotation they will not do it.
I asked a young man working on my car that why you didn’t rotated my tires? He said it’s not request in your list. He said did you ask? I said yes. Ain’t on my list.
They won’t set maintenance on car or provide correct sticker.
It’s nothing but cheat customers. I didn’t see they doing all inspections listed on my invoice.
It’s your car and watch they are doing.
They always lie about wanting time. Stay away from this store.

A few months ago, I went to this Goodyear because I had low tire pressure (a nail was in my tire). I went in the morning after working an overnight shift at the hospital, completely exhausted. Not only were they rude when I asked how long it would take, they also lied and said they would not be able to plug my tire due to the location of the nail. They tried to sell me another tire. I left and went to Costco Tires before my next shift. They assessed, plugged the tire in about 20 minutes, and sent me safely to work. They told me the nail was actually in a perfect place to be plugged. It has been months since this incident, and I haven’t had a problem with the plugged tire since. Shame on this Goodyear and its employees for clearly trying to take advantage of a woman in a vulnerable position.

I paid $750 for 2 tires and 4 tires alignment, I told them to put the new tires front but they put it back , they don’t care what they are doing and pay attention, they made me wait another hour to riayet the tires , the guy at front desk was very inattentive and didn’t even welcome politely, I am now worried about my car if they did a good job because I have a long road trip to Arizona next week, it is bad that you never trust these shops even if they are good year brand , hopefully I won’t have any problems

If I could leave no stars I would. I paid for two tires and an oil change at this location. The tires were put on in a very shoddy manner and at exorbitant price for the tire size. More importantly, less than 1k into the oil change my oil change light is on which means the failed to actually change the oil. To top it off they attempted to talk me into an unnecessary wheel alignment and put water in the windshield fluid reservoir when asked to add some. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else if it's not an emergency. don't waste your money with such a ridiculous bunch

Ex-Long time customer that normally has no issues with service at this location. Today very different. We asked for help with tire pressure and was told they no longer do curb pull up. Got directed to go inside- not a problem but when we asked inside we were told that we would be waiting awhile. Normally this is understandable the location is busy but today they had 6 service techs 2 managers and had only one tech pulling one car into the bay with no one waiting. Again not the normal experience today. Not sure if they changed their policies or just annoyed that my family was only asking for help with tire pressure and not buying tires again.

Price gauge!! We were charged almost $500 for two new tires for my wives car. When I got two tries from Walmart it was as only $240. Goodyear is a complete rip off. Next two tires for my wives car we are definitely NOT coming back. $500 for 2 tires is absolutely ridiculous.

Been bringing in my truck for years here at Goodyear. Today will he my last. After have my oil change, tire rotation, brake and shocks replaced, Goodyear does not tight my lug nuts on all four of my tires. Service teams needs to do better.

I brought my car their a few weeks ago to replace my brake fluid and clean out the Reservoir and when I checked it, it looked just like it did when I dropped it off as if they never even done anything to it. Then they told it was like that because of abs malfunctioning. If tht was the case then why wouldn’t they informed me because it was just a waste of my time and money! Also no one came out to explain anything to me about the situation. I will never go their and again or recommend anyone to go their.

Goodyear is a good place to bring cars that need some fixing!! And if the car needs tires, oil/fluid changes, ect.
