I was recommended to come here because of the staff’s expertise and keen eye for art and design… they did not disappoint! The staff was very knowledgeable, detail-oriented and very client-centered. They were very flexible and patient with me and presented me with the right amount of options within my budget to achieve the desired results. They took a beautiful piece and really elevated it!Keep in mind that I had already gone to Hobby Lobby and got nowhere near 1/10th of the knowledge and expertise at Framin’ Place & Gallery. Sure, I could have paid less for a cheap and simple frame, but I can see and appreciate the value in going to a custom shop.I am over the moon with the final product and I am so thankful for their guidance and help. They do a phenomenal job and you will be very pleased with the results!

I would definitely recommend framin place for anyone looking to have quality art framed. I have used them several times and always impressed. The most recent works have turned out to be more than incredible. I am very pleased and cannot say enough about how professional they have been and the quality is beyond perfect.

I would highly recommend Framin Place to anyone in the market to have anything framed. My bf and I have had several pieces done in the past and ten years on, they still look great! Most recently I’ve come back to the store a couple of times to get a few minor things done and I was reminded of how great the service is. Colin helped me both times and he was great! He really knows his stuff! All I needed this time around was to have a few mats put into the frames of two different pieces. Colin had me come into the store and he had a whole session with me. He helped me pick out the type of mats and was helpful in suggesting colors that would suit the art and frames that I had. He let me take my time and was really helpful in pointing out little things that I never even thought of. I was so shocked because I wasn’t even spending that much money and I couldn’t believe how great the service was! He was very professional and didn’t seem to care how little money I was spending. They care about good customer service and making sure that you are getting what you want, no matter how much money you are spending. I continue to be impressed with Framin Place over the years and we will continue to use them for any framing needs as well as recommending them to all of our friends and family

Over the years, I have had several different pieces framed here and every time my order always comes out looking amazing. The owners offer great straightforward suggestions to maximize the potential of the look you're going for with each piece. Whether it was one of my old jerseys, graduation diplomas or various works of art from around the world, I am never disappointed with the final product. This place is awesome, thanks again guys!

Stacy and Colin feel more like friends than vendors. Their skills in assisting with frames, mats, and glass is extraordinary. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Many good framers in New Orleans. But these guys are my favorite.

At the beginning of my quest to have a few things framed, I visited several places. Large chains, local stops, out of the 12 or so places I was just about to give up. I stopped in here and they were so friendly and patient. Small mom and pop shop. They have finished one item I needed framed and they were so proud of the job they did, which was pretty darn good. I am so glad with choosing this place. Shop small, shop local.

Great job on framing two original blueprints we found sitting in the closets or our new home. The team handled the brittle paper with care, framed the pieces in a way that kept the character intact, and helped us pick out a frame and mat that we are completely satisfied with. Will definitely be back!

The owners are so friendly. I have a couple of things I have been wanting framed, I tried a couple of the big box stores that seemed like my mere presence was disturbing them. A few of the mom and pop shops in the area did not seem interested. When I came in here, I was beginning to give up hope. But, they seemed enthusiastic to be able to help. What a relief. I currently have 2 pieces in getting framed with them, and one that is done. I am so glad I came here. It is located at the end of a strip mall with a decent sized parking lot in front. I would recommend them to anyone.

I came across Framin’ Place looking for a “NOLA-themed” present for my partner for our first Christmas as new NOLA transplants. I found the “NOLAlphabet,” and it turned out to be a great gift. The entire experience of customizing this gift was a positive one. That was seven years ago, and Framin’ Place has been our go-to frame shop ever since. The quality of work done is sublime. The craftsmanship and care truly elevates each piece. We’ve had everything from kitschy paper posters to high end original canvas artwork framed here. There is no project that Colin and Stacy won’t or can’t handle. We’ve even walked out with a couple of pieces displayed in the frame shop’s gallery that really spoke to us. I’ve attached pictures of this work. (Apologies in advance for my reflection in the glass.)
