No issues with their repair work, and the car was cleaned. My problem with Fradella's was the lack of communication prior to repairs. My repairs were covered by insurance, and they noticed some dings likely from doors being opened into my car in parking lots. I was told I'd get an estimate for that with the option to pay for that work, but I never received that info.
I was told I'd hear back from them a week or so after the initial estimate and never did. After 2.5 weeks I called and kept having to follow up. About a month after the initial estimate I called to find out if insurance ever paid them only to be told yes, and I could schedule drop off for repairs at the end of the next week. Who knows when I would have been informed they were paid and ready if I hadn't called.
Fradella's seemed busy, and I have no problem with the repair work or communication during the repair. It would have been a 5* rating if they had followed up with me and kept me informed during the month or so before the repairs.

I have dealt with a few collisions in my time, and this is by far the best one I have ever come across. The customer service was amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the way my car turned out. The inside of the building is beautiful, and my door and bumper look brand new. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

I cannot say enough good things about Fradella’s. From the start Anthony and Brandon were kind/courteous and explained everything in detail. The work is impeccable- you cannot tell I was ever in an accident. My car looks brand new again! They kept in touch with me via text messages along the way and my car was ready the exact day as expected. I pray I’m never in a position to need body work again. But if so. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used Fradella’s the last 3 times I needed bodywork (over several years) and I have to say they are top notch. But this last experience was the best. I heard from my Allstate agent that there was hidden damages and the estimate was almost 50% higher. I was a little frustrated and the agent said Fradella’s is a good company and they are not pulling anything. They are actually looking out for my interest. She continued to tell me that with Allstate, Fradella’s is one of the few body shops that they automatically believe and don’t have to send out their staff to double check because Fradella’s has always been honest and never have tried to slide anything by the insurance company. So they are well respected by the insurance companies.
I was most impressed when I talked to them and asked if they worked with a detail shop for the inside. My car is a 2021 and the interior was not horrible but needed some TLC. He looked at it and said their weren’t any stains and it just needed a good cleaning and they would take care off of it at no charge. When I picked up my car, it was like brand new inside and out.
I will only go to Fradella’s for any body needs in the future. I highly recommend.

Easy, pain free experience. Brandon was extremely helpful and understanding, with great communication and customer service skills. My biggest takeaway was that throughout the repair process, at no point did I suspect or feel I was being taken advantage of, which as a mid-20s woman it is not my typical experience. Would highly recommend.

I came to Fradella, three weeks ago for an estimate and was told it would take two to three days. After one week of waiting I called and they told me it’s normal to not get it after one week. So I waited another week and called again, They said they had the wrong email and that they would send me the estimate and so I waited another week and now it’s been three weeks without the estimate and so I called again and Brandon told me he would call me back today because he’s at lunch. He never called. I called 30 minutes before they close and talked to Anthony who told me he will let Brandon know and that Brandon is out for the day. My car is in need of repair and now I have wasted three weeks because of Fradella.

This shop and team went above and beyond with repairs to my vehicle!!! Even fixed some minor hood damage that wasn't included in the original estimate!! Can barely tell the hood was damaged now! Kept in contact with me the entire time, and car was fixed in a very quick manner!!! This is the shop you wanna use if you want quality work and great communication!! Parts were on back order, so it took a little while for those to come in( nothing on them at all) but the day the final parts can in, I dropped it off the same day and was finished in a week!! Thank you so much!!! ????

Fradella's manager, Brandon took the time to write 3 different estimates where each one provided a different option, then the team performed a Beautiful repair and washed the vehicle. Also, Johnnie was very personable and happily assisted me in getting a ride to a rental car center. I am altogether impressed with Fradella's Collision Center!!
