Chad Ravannack is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He is honest and always available and reliable. Fontenelle & Goodreau actively look for the best rates and coverage annually and always have their clients best interests in mind. If they can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with they will tell you. Chad is definitely a person who cares for the customer. If you have a claim he knows the right contractors to call so you get a trustworthy source and service. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have F&G take care of all my insurance needs. Chad Ravannack is extremely professional and easily accessible. Jennifer Brewer always responds to emails promptly. Throughout this past hurricane season after every storm I would get a call or email from Chad. He was checking on us and seeing if there was anything we needed. Made the claim process as easy as possible and was there if I had any questions. Highly recommend F&G.

I personally refer all of my real estate clients (as well as family members) over to Chad Ravannack and the team at Fontenelle & Goodreau. Chad is always there any time I call (day or night) and is about as reliable as professionals come. Insurance is not known notoriously for its attractiveness as an everyday conversation piece, but this company makes something, which is incredibly important, seem painless and secure. Will continue to refer as long as agents like Chad & Co. are under roof there.
