Brought my dog there asked for a real thing trim to my dogs coat, completely cut at least 75% of her hair, to the point she doesn’t look her normal self and then left the ears very furry and the cut on her ears was very uneven

I took my dog in for a nail trim and the groomer nipped one of the veins on my dog's nail. I have taken my dog to many different groomers over the years and this has never happened before. The groomer was timid about cutting my dog's black nails but again, no other groomer I've ever taken my dog to has expressed nervousness or uncertainty about it, and never nipped a vein -- and this groomer ended up nipping a white nail, where you can see the vein! And his black nails are still too long. They seemed inexperienced with this.
I also don't like that they took my dog in the back where I could not see him. Every other place I've been to, they trim my dog's nails in the lobby so we can see and comfort him, since he hates nail trims, which I stated.

Highly recommend Fluffy Mutt! Carmen did a fantastic job with my golden doodle, Teddy. Best prices I’ve come across, and she did better than any other place I’ve brought him. Cannot recommend this place enough!

As the owner of a big, long-haired, double-coated dog, I would want to know if others had a bad experience, so I'm sharing. First, the owner and staff were nice. The place is cute and tidy. They have some grain-free treats and clothing to browse around while you wait. Other customers with whom I chatted (small dogs) alI seemed happy with their experiences. I have a 100+ lb Great Pyr mix. I brush him regularly. I picked FM because their website enables you to specify the size and coat when booking, which suggested that they were equipped to handle a dog his size, with his type of coat. I booked an appointment for a Large Dog, Fluffy Cut, Double Coat, and waited two weeks for the appointment. (Their price list includes "Large," "Extra Large," and "Giant" breeds.) When I brought him in, the owner observed only minor matting or issues when he inspected him. He did however seem a little - overwhelmed? Not sure how to describe it. It seemed strange from a groomer that has been in business for ~10 years. I clarified that I was flexible as to "grooming"/cut and deferred to his expertise - above all else, I wanted this to be a positive experience for my boy so he could adapt to more regular grooming appointments. I received a call an hour after drop-off saying they weren't physically capable of grooming him. They said he was too big to put on the grooming table, and although they tried to have a staff member hold him up while grooming, it couldn't be done. I asked if they had the capacity to do it if I rescheduled, they said "no." I asked if they knew of a groomer that could handle a larger dog: not really. I am sincerely baffled by this experience. He is a shy, good-natured dog. They gave no indication that he became agitated or aggressive. Is he bigger than a Lab? Yes! But he is not a Tibetan Mastiff; FFS, he is a not even large for his breed. He wasn't washed, so they made no attempt to "groom" him. I am truly at a loss to understand what happened here. I can only assume they simply didn't want to tackle this job on the Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. This was a big inconvenience for me. I waited 2 weeks, took a half day off of work, and had a friend drive across town to help me get this chunky goober in the car, only for the appointment to be canceled an hour after he was dropped off. At the very least, they could have told me when we arrived if he was beyond their capacity. I cannot emphasize this enough: this is not a "huge" dog. Big? Yes. Giant? No. There is a rescue/boarder/groomer in town that starts with a Z and is equipped to handle big, long-haired dogs. They were able to get me in next week, and have many Great Pyr clients. If you've got a big, long-haired goober like I do, consider your options. Pics of chunky goober for reference.

My sweet puppy always leaves so shiny and great- smelling. Jose is is able to clip my rambunctious pup's nails and keep him calm. A plus!!! The shop is super clean and there are items to buy. Also, the services are reasonably priced.

They are so sweet to my Callie Dog and take care of her for an affordable price. With a bath, they also clean her ears, brush her out, and clip her nails which as a lab is all she needs. They don't try to upsell or anything like that. Nice, honest, hardworking employees that really love what they do. Highly recommend. You can even book online!!!

I took my two Shih Tzu's there 2 weeks ago to be groomed. They hadn't been groomed in almost 2 months and were looking pretty scruffy. I'm pleased to say when I came to pick them up, they did a great job with them and their cut was perfect. I highly recommend this grooming salon. It was professional and affordable.
