I've been to the FG store in Bay Saint Louis and the location in New Orleans on Chartres and Wilkinson Streets. I hope that the owner treats her employees well, because both of my experiences were well above average. I would even say outstanding. Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic! EXTREMELY rare to find these days. Most employees give you a death stare, but the employees at these above locations are amazing.

Great shop with a nice selection of clothing, jewelry and other accessories. Lots of Mardi Gras items at decent prices. They have some larger sizes too. The glitter gel is great and looked nice on. Sales staff was helpful and friendly. The fitting room has a sign telling you to take a selfie because you look good.

This place has a lot of New Orleans/Louisiana items that locals will appreciate. In general, Fleurty Girl stores are fun. However this store has literally a section of store, about 1/4 - 1/3 of the store, with downright rude and crude items. Having some of these items comes across as cute and maybe whimsical. This, though, is too much. This is a borderline Bourbon Street T-shirt shop. It doesn't belong in Metairie. But if that's what your looking for, you'll like this store.

This Fleurty Girl is the most worthwhile location in Metairie. This is a large, well-stocked store and it is a rare occurrence that they will not have what you need.

I have things from Fleurty Girl, and know of them, but this was my first trip in!It was so fun, tons of great and practical gift ideas or home and kid items. The staff is so fun, and also does a great job of helping you pick things out if you want. They even gave me some local pointers for my other shopping needs, which I super appreciate because building community is #1! I'll go back for my next gifts and you should, too!

We went into the Metairie store today to shop for Mardi Gras apparel. One of the items was the sparkle Mardi Gras tennis shoes with the gold star on the side. In store, the price was $54.95, but I saw they were $5 cheaper on the Fluerty Girl website. We showed one of the ladies, who kindly checked on it for us. The manager came out and said it was a different shoe, in which we showed her that it clearly was not. She refused to honor the price online if we purchased it in store, so we said its not a big deal we can just purchase it online. Her response, "Whatever." We purchased online immediately and 10 minutes later the price was adjusted on their website to $54.95. How embarrassing for the store and company. She easily could have said, "I'm so sorry, we did not put the correct price on the shoes in-store, but will honor the online price." Or just anything that would have been good customer service. We're easy. We understand. We shop at Fleurty Girl often and this isn't the first time this location has been rude in response. We're going to stick to the one on Metairie Road, where the women are always sweet.
