Technicians are unskilled and lazy. If you need anything besides tires, go elsewhere. On one occasion they performed an "oil change" without draining my oil. Another time they refused to replace my power steering rack because my vehicle is 4wd. Take your money elsewhere and spare yourself the headache.

I felt like they took my safety seriously! Not only were they able to quickly repair my tire but they checked them all and ensured my safety. I feel like they are trustworthy!

The service at the shop was great. They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. I left my car overnight for an alignment and new tires installation. I appreciate great service.

I was really surprised at such a positive experience here. I went for 4 new tires, and I expected them to try to over sell me on things and to my surprise they told me I only needed two tires instead of four. I really appreciate the honesty and they earned my trust. Great communication.Helped me find a coupon to save some money, worked quickly and did a great job. I will be back.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Since I first starting going to them with my parents I noticed something was up with this place and as I grew older and learned more, I could just see it. From the terrible customer service to the confused workers, this location needs a rebuild. Whoever the manager is, needs to start worrying. How are you going to call me and tell me that my car needs a new battery and when I come to get the battery, it's not out of the car? I proceed to ask them why they could not of taken the battery out when they noticed it was a problem, and just a bunch of eyes stared at me as the response I received was "we'll get that fixed for you". and when I ask the knuckle head outside, as the younger coworkers ran away from confrontation, he tried telling me that he tried calling me and that since we weren't answering he had to "push the job back" because he has other jobs??? I'm confused why didn't you finish mine b4 you moved onto others? Then lie and say you called me. What would me answering the phone do? Make you finally take the battery out? You couldn't of just taken it out since you knew it was the problem? Btw I did answer the phone or how else would I know to come get the battery numb skull. Anyway, I go to try to take the battery out myself and realize I need tools. I go to hand the key back in and the old head outside goes to grab for the phone and pretends to be doing something on it so I have to walk inside. Inside I'm greeted with my idiotic situation I explained earlier about the bunch of staring eyes. Then at the end, I ask if he knows how long it's going to take, and he proceeds to say "no" in a smart ass voice. Just bc I'm younger does not mean I don't know what's going on over there, total money scheme with really lazy workers. Also charged me $150 for a oil change on a Honda, must've lost their minds. Last time and I hope they go out of business! Owner fix your establishment while you still can. And tell me why they act like they are doing God's work in there??? I don't understand why they give you smart ass responses. Your doing your job... Acting like your wasting your time in there, hurry up and do your job.

nice and polite.. prompt and accurate service, car was ready the next day after replacing the alternator and battery, and rotating tires since I got them from there a year and a half ago. car is driving better than ever
