Great selection, everything came in within 2 weeks as promised and Stacey White did a great job of outfitting our whole house for a full renovation/remodel, keeping us within budget while giving us good options at multiple price points.

The customer service is beyond terrible. You can never get anyone on the phone let alone an email back. Orders were always incorrect or missing pieces and every item has a restocking fee regardless of the problem. Shipping from vendors took extra time because they stock nothing at the store. I will never use them again and would advise anyone doing their own home to not use this publicly traded company that cares nothing about their customer. There are far superior locally owned places such as Triton Stone which stocks everything and has wonderful customer service and the owner will talk directly to you.

The showroom staff (whitney) was great and very helpful. But beware of buying ANYTHING! I spent over $1,000 for 2 fixtures. One for my sink and a "matching" trim kit for my new shower. The shower trim kit didn't fit the valve to i took it back with the receipt expecting a full refund. Everything in the box was unused and in the same condition as when i purchased it. But they refused to refund the money because it is against their policy to refund anything being returned in a torn box! I explained to them that i had the receipt and all the pieces were accounted. They said nothing can be done strict policy of no refund on a torn box. I asked if they had other boxes we could put it in. He said no. Then he pulled the "I'm gonna talk to my manager" instead of bring the manager to talk to me he disappeared to a back office. !o minutes later he comes out and says his manager said "no". At that point i told him that I've returned things over the years to other stores without a box or even a receipt. He's maintained that nothing could be done. I told him they had completely lost my business and i left the almost $300 trim kit and torn box in the store and walked out. Horrible costumer service and attitude! i will never buy anything there again and i warn others. Its an overpriced place with abysmal service. Aviod at all cost or you could end up losing $100s like i did.
