Don’t use Ferguson. I have called and left messages 5 times, spoke with one sales associate who didn’t know anything. Called Nordic Kitchens and everything was ordered and scheduled in 20 minutes. This treatment seems to be the MO of Ferguson / they don’t return calls!!

We tried to buy a range here and in the midst of communications were ghosted by the sales associate. Just never heard back, she stopped responding. Purchased our Thermador at Campo, highly recommend.

Big fan of Hunter at Ferguson! She is always going the extra mile to find the fitting or plumbing fixture that my clients need. In addition, if anything goes wrong, you can guarantee they will fix it.
