Don’t use Ferguson. I have called and left messages 5 times, spoke with one sales associate who didn’t know anything. Called Nordic Kitchens and everything was ordered and scheduled in 20 minutes. This treatment seems to be the MO of Ferguson / they don’t return calls!!

We tried to buy a range here and in the midst of communications were ghosted by the sales associate. Just never heard back, she stopped responding. Purchased our Thermador at Campo, highly recommend.
