Definitely just okay. They were nice but FedEx does not offer ANY free boxes to ship ground. You can't even get one of their bags for free on ground. But they will take boxes from anywhere including Amazon and USPS. This meant I had to wait a couple of days and make two trips but voila! My package is in the mail.

Employees were very nice and helpful. The company, however, is ridiculously overpriced! I had to send a 5 pound box to England. The cost was $228! The employee who was helping me said it's because they have to put the box on a plane, and planes cost more. Well, I'm sure the post office uses planes, as well! I never realized how much more expensive they were than the post office. I looked online and UPS was only $10 cheaper. So I went to the post office, which I usually use. It was $82. Not cheap, but way cheaper than the others.

Hey it's a FedEx in Ship and Print you come here to pick up, print or ship something. The purchase of my visit was to ship some Pelican Cases. Which went well without any issues. Customer service was okay.

The people were friendly and helpful. The prices have gone up as everything else. Handicap parking and a ramp. Unsure of bathroom, I try not to use public restrooms.

Amazing service at FedEx Kinkos in Metairie. From the phone call I made inquiring about services to the moment I walked out the door tonight, this was the most refreshing and positive experience. The entire team was super. Lloyd & Nick & Hope and Brie were so helpful, extremely professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to understand our custom job and to make sure everything turned out right. They were personable and interested in following through to make sure the job was properly done. I was happy to have such a fast turn around as I brought the job there at the last minute. Even as busy as they were, I did not feel rushed and they worked with me past closing time. I sincerely appreciate this sort of service, especially at a time when a good work team is so hard to come by. I highly recommend!!

FedEx Office deserves five stars for the ease of its online interface for ordering printed materials, and the quality of its printing services once delivered. However, the benefits of ordering and paying for a print project online in advance are erased when you walk in the facility to pick up the product. Despite receipt of an email notice that the project is completed and ready for pick-up, all customers -- including those with massive shipping orders and complicated print projects to process, as well as those with completed, paid projects to pick up -- must stand in the same line for service. The wait is so long that it would be more efficient to print the project in-house or at a self-serve station. Net rating for FedEx Office: two stars.

I had a framed print that was too large to take on a plane. I was able to come in on a Sunday afternoon and drop the print off at FedEx. The print was extremely well packed by the team at FedEx. It arrived at its destination three days later as promised and in perfect condition. All of this was for a very fair price. Thanks to Armand and the team at FedEx!
