Was second in line and cashier told me if I was paying cash i would have to wait till she counted her drawer. 20 minutes after store opened. I said nothing and started to count out my own payment for item and she called me rude and impatient. I told her I didn't need the penny change but as I waited for the receipt she put the penny change on the counter and told me to needed to learn respect because i said i didn't need the penny yet i was there waiting for it. She continued her rant in front of the customer behind me as I walked out. Done with a store I have gone to for years.

I would have given zero stars but then you can’t leave a review. The store manager was extremely rude and refused to take an item back for exchange with a receipt tags on item purchased 2 days ago because it was purchased at a family dollar in a different location. Family Dollars return policy states any item bought in store or on line can be returned to any store with a receipt within 30 days. I guess the manager at the family dollar on airline has the authority to over rule the policies of a nation wide company and can make up her own policies whenever she feels like it!!!

Family Dollar is my go to for running in and out quickly. If it’s from household items, to soap or snacks, they always have what I need. And with the app I can use my $5.00 off of $25.00 which is a plus for me.

This store does not close at 10pm. I pulled at 9:26pm a customer walked out and the cashier locked the door at 9:28pm

I really wish I could rate this store with no stars or even with negative stars the customer service skills here absolutely srink. The staff are rude and argumentative. Never shop here please save your money and go elsewhere
