Here's the crazy part an hour ago I went to a Circle K/Exxon gas station on Williams Boulevard and gave them a one star review because the woman was so nasty and rude.
So as I'm driving about to go to Lakeside Mall, I decide to stop to see if they would have the Lipton tea on the fountain drink and they did.
But that's not the best part. I go into the store and I meet Floyd who is the cashier and store clerk. When I tell you, this young man is absolutely amazing. That would be an understatement. He is so professional and kind and has such a wonderful spirit. He speaks to you as if you're walking into a Rolex store. His customers are important to him and he works that store is if he owns it. I learned that he is actually from Ohio, and moved to New Orleans a few months ago. I wish that the city of New Orleans would return to the thing that made it famous, which was hospitality. This young man Floyd should be on someone's corporate team leading and training people. He is truly amazing and definitely a breath of fresh air. I realize an hour ago I had placed a one star rating at a different store, but here I am giving this store five stars because of its amazing service. If you really want to turn things around for your brand, then you need to start hiring more people like Floyd because trust me it makes a difference. You want to go into the store and he said to me I run this gas station , like it's the community store and serving the people who live here. HE IS AN EMPLOYER DREAM!!!

Went this morning to fill up. The pumps were really snail slow. Tried another pump and the same thing. Went inside and the clerk said their pumps had been down all morning. They could have put out of order signs or bags over the pumps. Or turned off the pumps. I left and went to another Exxon station to get gas. will not go to this Exxon to get gas in the future.

Bright lights at pump is great for night pit stops. A little pricey but it’s the location.
