Dingy appearance on the outside. Hum-m-m, well I'm here. Pay at the Pump didn't work on the first pump. OK, not too bad. It worked at the second pump but when I finished it wouldn't print a receipt. It got really bad when I went inside. They guy was down right ugly. Angry & hostile. I explained the the receipt did not print out and told him the pump number. He yelled back, in very broken English, "Well, what do you want?!?" He was gruff and ugly the whole time...

I ve been going to your store got to know all the empoyes and they where fine people they also got to no me I spend 30 to 40 dollars every day in your store I live at 3726 s i10 service rd for some reason the older man in there must of had a bad day and took it out on me my room mates own a business with about 10 employes I wll not be spoken to like that I will not enter your store again and will let everyone how I feel sorry it ended like this you can ask every body who I am billy I come in there with my roommate harry I'm the old bald headed guy as long as that guy is working there I wont walk in there or my roommate sorry I wil not be spoken to like tkat
