Just had the best car buying experience. Test drove a van on Friday went back on Saturday to purchase. Paperwork prepared and I was rolling in my van in less than 10 minutes! Victor was great! Worked hard to get me the best deal. I would definitely recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! SEBASTIAN SOLD ME A 2018 LEMON THE CAR WOULD NOT MAKE IT OUT OF SLIDELL FOR THE FIRST 11 DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED I FOUND OUT THEY NEVER SERVICED THE VEHICLE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME MY DEPOSIT NOR GIVE ME A WORKING VEHICLE. THE CAR WAS LEFT WITH THEM TO FIX AND IT WAS A BANDADE PUT ONTHE PROBLEM IT WAS NEVER PROPERLY FIXED AND THE WARRANTY DOES COVER PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS ? ITS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AND IF YOUBGO THERE YOU’RE GUARANTEED TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

This place was fantastic! Smoother car buying experience we’ve ever had. We bought 2019 Nissan Rouge, the staff was so great to work with, very helpful and kind we didn’t spend the entire day there, we were in and out in less than 2 hrs!! I honestly can’t put into words how great it was! Such a smooth and stress free process it was so refreshing! Everything was fantastic!!I absolutely love my new car!

If you are skeptical, weary or turned off by used cars, sales or salesmen...STOP right now and head on over to EXPRESS AUTO SALES of Metairie. I can not EXPRESS how impressed I am with their professionalism, courteousness and willing to work with me. From the automatic convertible top not working properly, the price point I needed to feel confident about the purchase, my concerns and anxiety of having a car note and finally post buy misfiring of a cylinder.I had been looking for a nice used vehicle for sometime now. I found a luxurious beauty at EXPRESS AUTO SALES on FB Marketplace- I was even offered a 2 year warranty to protect my investment, through their finance company for a very fare price. The peace of mind alone is worth the price. Three days after purchasing the 2009 Infinity G37, it started running really rough. I though, ok here we go....My warranty doesn't go in effect until 15 days PLUS 1000miles. Um, I couldn't drive this vehicle like that for another 900 miles. I contacted Brad at EAS. He was more than willing help; directing me to get it checked out by someone I know or bring it to him and he'd have it looked at. I took it to Advanced auto to have them run a diagnostic for the codes/error/engine light. I informed him of the error codes. He encouraged me to get a quote close to home or bring it to his guy. I was seriously over quoted by $600 by Christian Brother's of Covington (YIKES) Hey If you can bring your car to (his guy) Francesco's Auto Repair, do it! Brad ordered the parts and paid for half of the work that needed to be done to remedy the error codes. I'm very happy to say that I am beyond confident driving my new used car that I purchased from Express Auto Sale (EAS) the actual purchase was Fast and EASy.

im wondering if these guys were paid for all these reviews ,cause no way ,this is far from my experience i had with them on sept 02 2023 i took off from work went there to look at a 2017 hyundai veloster ,they sold the car without proof of insurance,no one wants to insure the car so after ten days of giving me a runaround ,i returned the car ,tried to negotiate with the manager and this so called victor guy ,i was been pushed back and was also told by the manager who said quote nd quote im not responsible for insurance i only sell cars ,this is not walmart ,at this piont i was so infuriated but held my composure ,so to this date they held my downpayment then have the nerve to sell the car to another person while still on my credit mess my credit up, i saw the guy and his girl in the car headed towards reserve on december 5th 2023 while i was on my way to baton rouge so i called nd told them amma come get the car they start stuttering and said the car is not there its been reopoed ,liers and scammers indeed if im looking for a vehicle thats the last place on earth id look.. dont mind the star its negative ##@@%&

Absolute pleasure dealing with Mr. A.J. He was kind, patient and definitely had my best interest at heart. The vehicle I purchased is beautiful and in excellent condition as I noticed all the vehicles were. They have great deals but also make sure that you will be covered and protected for years after the sale. I was referred by a friend and I have been referring people. There’s not enough words to describe about this dealership. First time in 36 years of driving that I had to purchase a used vehicle. I went and shopped around and this is the only place that spoke to me about the car in detail. I purchased a vehicle from them two years ago. A year later, I needed some service done and they helped me with their discount for parts and service. Just bought another car for my wife and am happy as can be. Thank you for making me feel like a customer and not just another sale of a vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.
