The blood letting was good, but the website and customer service afterward is a headache. If a corporate entity is considering using them I would ensure you have a regional contact that can problem solve. Otherwise they are a headache.

A female showed up at my home to draw my blood. She was very unprofessional, inflexible & controlling. I have audio/ video of her behavior before & after she entered my home. She showed up way early & I was not properly dressed/ not ready. I hollered twice through the door "I'm not ready OK?." She intentionally ignored me & she backed up way away from my door (twice) to act like she was too far away to hear me. All on video. I have hollered through the door many times with the mail service etc. & they always answer back. I even opened up one of my blinds to get her attention & all she did was stare at me. No wave, nothing. She was showing her irritation, because I didn't let her in the front door right away. She was acting controlling when she came in so I said "let's respect each other we're on the same team." She was still 10 minutes early and she said "let's get going sit down." She was barking out an order. This is my home & the patient is always the boss. I told her that she was being controlling. If she wasn't she should have said "I'm sorry I didn't mean to be controlling." Instead she immediately responded "if you'd like to have someone else do this I can leave." I said "that's up to you." She didn't respond. She just shoved the blood kit on the table where I originally told her not to put it. She didn't feel threatened, because she tried to antagonize me. I then reached for the kit & I said "Let's just do this." She then said "nope I'm leaving." She was being controlling & vindictive. Why not just say "OK?."I then said "you have a stage 4 cancer patient here that can possibly get treatment & you are leaving?." She stopped, turned her head sideways and she said "I tried to be nice." I said "no you didn't, you were controlling & I'm going to make a complaint against you." If she felt so unsafe then why did she stop on her way out & make a sarcastic comment?? When she was just outside my door she leaned towards me & she said "I get lots of compliments." I told her "not from me." If she felt so unsafe then why did she lean towards me & make a comment?? All on video. She then left. This woman had an attitude & a control problem. I'm not going to let someone come into my home, boss me around & intentionally ignore me before they enter my home and when I ask them to draw my blood after they are mute. We are stage 4 cancer patients. I don't regret one single choice I've made relative to this dynamic. This woman also informed her supervisor that she did not feel safe in my home. That was created and it is an outright lie, done to control & to get revenge. My second blood draw was canceled over this deception. Stephanie the manager was all about customer control not customer service. I asked for a follow up on this complaint and with another controlling agent who told me I was giving her a hard time, because I only gave her my first name. I don't have to give her my last name. She was trying to validate Ramona's actions. I never received a response to these two complaints. This is a very negative company. The truth is now fully exposed with ExamOne, Tempus labs & my doctor.

I had a 2:30pm appointment 03/11/202, at my office in MS. They were a no show and they didn’t even bother to call me.

My experience was a very disturbing one. I went into this office for an insurance exam that was scheduled by someone in the office. I specifically stated I could not schedule an appointment for 3:30 because I get off from work at 3:30. I was told by the rep that as long as I made it to the office before 4:30; I could still get my exam. When I made it to the office there was a person sitting at the desk on the phone; she didn’t even acknowledge me as I was standing there. Someone from the back of the office came to the window and asked me if I needed help with something. I explained to her that I was there for my insurance exam. She proceeded to tell me they stopped examine people at 3:00. I told her someone from the office scheduled the appointment and said it was okay to come as long as I made it to the office before 4:30. She allowed me to sign in then she took the clipboard and closed the window. As I’m standing right on the other side of the window I could clearly here the ladies talking (it was three in total) discuss how late I came to the office. I overheard one of the ladies say, “ I scheduled the appointment and I did not tell her that. See how people be lying.” I was very insulted because that is not what was discussed and to have this lady blatantly call me a liar I felt was not only unprofessional but very demeaning. I tapped on the window and I let the ladies know that I could hear their conversation. To make a longer story shorter I refused to take the exam and walked out of the office. If that is how they treat their customers then that is definitely somewhere I would not want to do business. I hope someone from corporate sees this so they can better train their employees in customer service.
