I used to be a fan but the attitudes of the new staff are horrible. The cashier Susan was so passive aggressive, and low key racist. I was an avid customer with the other staff during previous management, but DO NOT SHOP HERE black folks.

Mike and the Staff were courteous and helpful in choosing the right words, font and placement on my custom engraving to honor my fallen friend. Such concern for Customer satisfaction is hard to find. I strongly recommend visiting this store for affordable, unique gifts and superior customer service. I'll trust them with all of my future custom purchases and personal gifts.

I went to the Engraving Company to get my daughter a rosary box for her confirmation. They were very helpful and friendly. The silver jewelry box was ready in just a couple of hours, and they did a beautiful job. I definitely recommend the Engraving Company.

I needed a watch battery replaced, and stopped in a couple jewelry stores in Lakeside. Both said they would have to send my watch out, and it would cost at least $70! One of the employees at Lee Michael's suggested I go to The Engraving Company and they could replace it. I really need to thank her for that tip, since they replaced it that day, a busy day for them, but they had it ready in 45 minutes, for $18. I went back the next week with another watch that would stop periodically, and told them I didn't know if it was a battery dying, or the watch needing repair. They told me they would take a look, to come back in 15 minutes. When I did, they had "demagnetized" it and said that would probably take care of the problem. NO CHARGE! The watch is working fine now. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
