Gizelda Toomer assisted me in selling my home. She recommended an Act of Credit Sale. After signing on the dotted line and before the ink dried, the purchaser checks started bouncing. When I reached out to Ms. Toomer, she stated it was her first time recommended such contract and the purchaser' realtor assure her that the purchaser is true to his word. Really!!!! I don't think Ms. Toomer intentionally gave me a shady contract, but I know MS. TOOMER DID NOT DO HER RESEARCH!!. As a result, Bayou Title, Neil Levith, Purchaser Ernest English, and Mr. English's realtor, Paul Gilmore all received their percentage and I'm left with trying to find an attorney :(. I'm not an expert in the realtor business, so I reached out to one....so I thought.
