Very poor customer service! August 18, 2023 I ordered some specialty light bulbs through this studio and was told that I would receive a call when the bulbs came in. August 29th I had not hear anything from the studio so I called asking if the lights bulbs were in and if not when the estimated arrival day would be. The person who answered the phone stated that they would be in that Thursday which would have been the 31st of August, and that I would recieve a call to pick them up. I NEVER heard back from them till today September 11th when I took time out of my day and drove to the studio and asked about the status of my lightbulbs. The receptionist said that they called me on the 9th which is NOT true. I have zero missed calls I even double checked my call log to make sure. I then asked when they arrived and she did not answer my question instead she retrieved my light bulbs handed them to me and went back to her desk. First off an apology goes along way. It's called being courteous. Now these were just a pack of lights bulbs, but I'd hate to imagine how neglectful this studio would be with more expensive products. Just something to think about before putting ur home renovations in the wrong hands.

Incredible service! It was a pleasure working with Jeremy and Tiffany when picking out the right lighting for our new home. They were always responsive when we had a question or requested an update on deliveries. I will be a returning customer for a long time!

Tiffany was super knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. She picked the right size fixtures based off my pictures and dimensions. I messed up and bought the wrong thing because I forgot to tell Tiffany there was no light switch to control the sconce and Tiffany went above and beyond to switch out the fixture for the correct one. I will definitely shop with Tiffany and Élan for my future lighting needs.

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning. The employees were very knowledgeable of their products and the lighting we chose for the home we were building are beautiful. I highly recommend them.
