Hi I ordered some edibles for my daughter for Valentine’s Day because I was working out of town they delivered them but she was home. I called for about 5 days straight no one answered also left voicemails every day Monday February 19 I spoke to some older guy in the morning he was very rude ask to speak to manger he just hung up on me I proceeded to call again because I had time no answer spoke to him again at bout 4pm ask him for a manger he said no one was there ask him for his name multiple times he then hung up I should’ve followed my first mine when I read the reviews and not ordered anything but my daughter is 10 and I do this every year to make her feel special this place was my first time and it is terrible not speaking of the owner but the people he have working there are not professional please save your money and spend it else where believe what u read on the reviews place I horrible maybe not the owners as I stated but the guy who works there is terrible today us 2/19/24 whoever u had scheduled on this date at 4:08 and the same guy in the morning should definitely be doin another job and not answering the phones

Had my order so wrong , the wrong flowers , the wrong fruit EVERYTHING WAS WRONG for valentine’s day!!! i will never go back ever if your reading this please do not go here the service here is very disappointing it’s very sad

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and each time walked away with nothing! No one answers the phones or comes to the front desk. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this location!!

I ordered an arrangement for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to pick up the order because they said they close at 5 when I chose a pick up time of 530 online I was trying to figure out alternative ways to get my order. The manager, I believe whose name was James, stated and I quote, “I havw other things I need to be doing and can’t help you with your situation”. He was very unprofessional and very rude. I will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN

Placed an order in June for delivery. Received a call a few hours later to inform me that delivery was unavailable; therefore, I requested a refund. After multiple attempts to contact the manager for the refund and 5 weeks later; I have still not received a call back or a refund.

They called me on the due date of delivery! And said "We're not delivering to there this week! You wanna cancel or come pick it up?" I asked for a bit of a discount considering im delivering it myself! She said they couldn't! Lesson learned! Ill never use E.A. again! I definitely should have canceled! Because I paid alot for what looked like the cheapest Walmart flowers and 12 thrown together berries! I would rate this lower if I could!

I am extremely disappointed in my order and service. I went into the business to order an arrangement to be delivered the Saturday before mother's 5/13. Let me start off by saying the lady that took my order was so rude. I even stated to her that she was being rude. But i still continued with my order. The arrangement was suppose to be delivered Saturday because that is the only day of the week my mother works. Well today, FRIDAY 5/12 my mother received a phone call from her boss telling her something was delivered there for her. Hours later she goes to her job to pick up her delivery. The fruit was soft and mushy and chocolate was already melting and rubbing off on the bag. I am so upset that they delivered it a day early on a day that she was not there and had to go out her way to pick it up and it was already melting apart. I keep calling the number but no one is answering or returning my calls from the numerous messages i have left.

This location is the most disorganized and has the poorest customer service. I called there last week to order an arrangement to deliver to a friend of mine who is a nurse for Nurse's Day. The person who answered the phone was so incompetent. Must have asked me 12 times if the order was for delivery. It took this person over 10 minutes to just get the delivery address correct. Then she could not figure out how to enter my email address in place of the email address of the recipient. I finally just hung up on this person. Never have I ever tried to order something over the phone with someone who was illiterate to the extent that 10 minutes later, they were still trying to get the delivery address straight. Will NEVER order anything from this location ever again! Horrible oversight of this location.

Ordered a flower arrangement and edible arrangement for pickup. Upon pickup, the employee only gave my father one item. If a business receives money for an order, the items paid for should be completely made and given for the money received. I called back to ask for the missing item to be delivered since we’d already been inconvenienced for the pickup. I ended up calling again that morning to ask about the item, and the manager rudely replied “it’s still here for you to pick up.” She did not offer one apology for the mix up, nor anything to accommodate the inconvenience. I called back after for clarity on the turnaround time on the refund. I was told by an employee that it takes 10 days for the refund confirmation email to come. This seemed very unusual to me because the refund itself is what normally takes that long. I patiently waited the 10 day period, and there was never any documentation of, or let alone, a refund sent of the item 12 days later. No courtesy call regarding this whatsoever. Zero customer service was provided.

I placed an anniversary order and received many strawberries with visible signs of mold and rot. I think there should be standards regarding the food that they are delivering and should be quality checked.

Being that I'm not from Louisiana nor live there, I rely a lot on reviews when choosing businesses for services I desire out of state/country. Despite seeing bad past reviews before placing my 1st two orders ever with this location, I must say I'm beyond happy that I took a chance anyway! This Edible Arrangement location has went through many Management changes from what I see and since Jason has been the recent new store Manger, he's the real MVP! I've very particular and like things done a certain way. No matter how many times I called to ensure my order was as requested, Jason provided the same Southern hospitality each call. To top it off upon arrival, Jason's Southern hospitality in-person matched his exceptional customer phone service! My last minute changes didn't change Jason positive vibes to creating the special surprise for a special someone! Store Manager Jason is the reason why I'll only go to this location for services as long as he's there! Thank you again Jason, I'll definitely be ordering more :)

Got an early valentines day arrangement that was $80. The fruit is sour, soft, and dark colored. Tastes fermented. Can't eat it.
