Matt is so helpful and this was a great body shop experience! I got my car fixed after just one week. Not only did they do a perfect job but they also cleaned both interior and exterior of my car. It looked like new when I picked up my car. The entire process was very smooth and simple. I did call them a few times during the week and they always picked up the phone quickly and gave me the update. I really appreciate their work and their passion for the work. Thank you, Matt!!!!!!

I brought my car here after a minor front end fender bender, and I was very pleased with the results. Customer service was above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced from an auto shop. I will be referring anyone and everyone I can to this shop in the future!

I went by for an estimate for my insurance, they said next available spot was 2 months out, and I requested a reservation. Seems that meant nothing as after the 2 months passed, I and I called back thinking I had a reservation he didn’t have what he wanted from the insurance company so I have to start over. ZERO STARS FOR THANKS FOR WASTING TWO MONTHS OF MY TIME.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Great communication, completed our car repairs on the schedule they promised, and we came back to a car that looked brand new inside and out. They vacuumed and detailed the inside of our car and gave it a nice wash. I really appreciated their hard work and dedication. Would definitely recommend!Services: Painting

The work was done quite well, given they were matching a white pearl paint on an 11-year-old car. The estimator and front desk person was a pleasure to work with he was courteous and professional at all times. When the car was returned, it had been cleaned inside and out, which was lagniappe. I hope not to need their services due to an accident. However, if I can recommend them to anyone who does need repair work, I will not hesitate to do so.

After being in an accident that left the passenger side of my vehicle damaged, this was one of the body shops recommended by our insurance. I am so happy I selected it - these guys made what could have been a headache of a process pain free! They were incredibly easy to work with & quick to respond. I had an estimate appointment set up within a few days of calling & a drop-off date given at that time only a couple of weeks out (note: all vehicle body work takes time to get the parts in, etc. so I was very happy that everything happened within a month). After dropping off the vehicle, it was completed in about a week. Both doors were damaged on the passenger side & part of the rear wheel. It all looks great & brand new! Great work! When I picked it up, bonus points for how incredibly clean the vehicle was. I highly recommend Donald Dupuy's Body Shop, & I will absolutely use this business again.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Excellent service! Ordered me a new bumper and replaced it just in a few days. The car was returned spotless - detailed and washed to perfection. It is so nice to deal with professional businesses like Donald Dupuy's who care about their customers, unlike lying and scamming insurance companies, especially Geico.

I got my appointment date mixed up and brought my car in 10 days early. Instead of telling me to bring it in on the correct day, they started working on it that day!! EXCELLENT BODY SHOP, MY car looks exactly brand new and my work was done before time. Very nice attitude people work in that shop. They even clean my car completely plus they clean my junk in the car and all my stuff in the truck organized in the box which I do appreciate it. AbbyAgain I had a fender bender and this time they order the parts in advance and my car was left on Monday and Wednesday I got my car back. So fast so great. You can just look the pictures.
