Made an online purchase. When it arrived, it wasn’t what I expected. But I noticed someone wrote final sale on the receipt. Final sale? Why didn’t the website indicate the items I were purchasing were on final sale??? I called the store, and the owner proceeded to tell me that all sale items are final sale. Well it would’ve been nice to know this when I added this to my cart. Instead, apparently it’s buried in the return policy that you have to seek out and read at the bottom of the website.
How deceiving! !!
Now, I’m stuck with two items I dislike.

I love Dolce! The girls are always so so helpful and my mom pointed out how truly kind Jessica the owner is. She sat down and talked to my mom while I was trying things on. They are always willing to stop whatever they’re doing to help customers! I even bring my daughter in there with me and they’ve never complained they’ve only interacted with her as well. I appreciate all of them ❤️

First off, I walk in and I’m greeted by quite possibly the most kind person I’ve ever met (who just happens to be the owner Jessica) I was looking for one outfit for a specific event…
Let me just tell you. She made me feel more beautiful than I have ever felt and styled me in outfits that I typically wouldn’t wear… and now every time I wear them I get compliments! I can’t wait to go back! Customer service is so good there’s truly no where else I would want to shop! They even send you pictures of outfits they think you would like after your visit!!! 10 stars, must try!

Horrible experience. Not greater when I walked in… the one didn’t seem interested in helping me until I picked up a couple of items and had in hand presumably to purchase. Ended up still buying a skirt( prices are reasonable but brands and quality are definitely cheap) wore it once and hem ripped out!
