They Stole my Rolex!!!!! Claimed I picked it up and I didnt. I have proof from them with NO signature of me claiming it and no pick up. Owner is rude and cursed me out and hung up the phone on me. Will be going to the authorities.

They know all of their regular customers by name and greet you with a warm smile and funny stories. Amir is ALWAYS fair, kind, patient and helpful - while I choose my next EXQUISITE piece of jewelry. The Diamond Exchange has the MOST beautiful Rolex’s and diamonds. This is my go to place for jewelry. I would give them 10 STARS!!! I wouldn't buy anything from here. I went in with verified pure 999.9 24k gold bullions that was worth around 1200 (rounding spot price on the LOW end) and this fool wanted to give me $800 and argued with me over what the price of gold was at the time and wouldn't even let me speak lol. To say the least it was laughable the argument this guy was making about the price and I was just seeing what would happen for future business. Don't get scammed here, take your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

My girlfriend purchased a Rolex from here for my birthday. I absolutely LOVE it and it is in excellent condition. I went in to get it sized and Amir and the other gentleman were nothing but friendly and polite. I ended up adding a beautiful diamond bezel to my watch before I left. I highly recommend this company!! They have a variety of gorgeous jewelry to choose from!

I have been utilizing the services of Diamonds Direct over the past few months. I am thoroughly satisfied with the courteousness of the staff and their knowledge of jewelry! Recently, I had the jeweler to refinish my husbands gold wedding band, which required some major refinishing from constantly being hit while he is working. The job was beautifully completed at an affordable price. I really enjoy conducting business at this store because I always feel welcome! As always, I have to give a shout out to my favorite salesperson, Nafeesa (Fee)! She is a knowledgeable, patient and thorough salesperson!! Thank you Diamonds Direct!!!!

No idea how this place is still in business. The two people there have no manners. They insult you to your face and keep doing it as you are walking out the door. The sad part is they offer $100 for what they are trying to sell for $3000.
