After what feels like years of major disappointment with every contractor we’ve tried in this area DIA has renewed my faith that quality work is something that exists in the greater New Orleans area! From the start, Matt and his team were very professional, and went above and beyond to take the time and sit with us to discuss what we wanted. They delivered a complete exterior renovation of our home with high end finishes that was not only done on time, but was done with exceptional attention to detail. Even with changes made by us multiple times, the team switched gears and handled it all! Quality of work far exceeded our expectations, and I will absolutely be using them again! Thank you guys for an amazing job!

We bought a custom home from DIA Custom Builders in March of ‘21. As soon as we saw the house from the street we knew it was the house we wanted.Not only is the house absolutely gorgeous inside and out; it was built by someone who builds every house like they want to live in it themselves. Quality and beauty are evident throughout this house and we can’t imagine living anywhere else.DIA doesn’t stop there though. They are with you long after the build is complete and you’ve moved into your beautiful home. They take pride in being there at every step after the sale to make sure that you remain happy with their work.We would recommend DIA to absolutely anyone looking for anything from a custom home to renovations. They really do it all and are masters at their craft.We have lived in our DIA home for two years now and love our home more than the day we saw it for the first time. We bought our house from DIA Custom Builders in 2021-2022 as a new build and we hold them in the highest regard. They are the definition of professional. The subcontractors they work with were also to that level of professionalism. Every step of the way, they worked with us and gave updates on time and honestly.Fortunately, we had the ability to work with DIA early on in the construction process to add even more personal touch to our home, and we could not be more happy with our first home. Tyler Hannon, with DIA Custom Builders, did a phenomenal job on executing the remodel on the outside of our home. Tyler assisted us with picking out gutters, soffit, and fascia all the way to new Hardie siding and Hardie columns. He also assisted us in choosing the best materials for our new porch. We went with Aeratis and it looks beautiful. Tyler provided insight on color schemes and materials to be used that would best suit our needs and budget. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable of every phase of the job. My husband and I made changes along the way and Tyler was able to coordinate those changes and make it an easy process. All contracts were executed properly and in a timely manner with no hidden costs. The crews that came out were very respectful and made sure to clean the property daily. My husband and I are amazed at how our house looks after the work DIA Custom Builders performed. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend using DIA Custom Builders for all of your construction needs.

We just did a consult with DIA construction after a negative experience with another company. DIA was great, super professional, communicative, and helpful. We aren’t moving forward with them because of a change of our plans, but would highly recommend them and would use them in the future if we do make any plans.

We cannot say enough incredible things about DIA. Our home renovation (adding almost 1000 square feet to the second story) has gone so quickly, and so beautifully. Not a single issue, not a single dispute or delay. In fact, they have finished well ahead of schedule (2+ months). Every single DIA employee is professional. Communication has been excellent. Matt the owner and his guys are extremely professional and do extremely high quality work. I’ve used them from small to large jobs and everything always come out great and clean. I’m a very meticulous person and I’ve always been pleased with them.
