“Wal-mart was clean, neat and well-stocked for all of our Thanksgiving and Christmas presents and items needed for our presents for friends and family. The grocery section in great shape and all foods needed for a delicious Thanksgiving meal. Felt safe in store and employees very nice. Thank you.”

She was helpful and friendly even though they were busy and my insurance (I have a primary and secondary) could be complicated. Would come here again They were great!”

“So, it was first time in the store and I was pleasantly surprised! The store is well stocked, clean, visually appealing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only hiccup I faced was involving the dressing room and new hires. Someone didn’t realize that a dressing room attendant wasn’t on the schedule, and their new hires were seated in all of the dressing room chairs. Thus, we had to wait 8 minutes before someone helped us and there was never a place to sit. As a disabled person, that is problematic! A secondary issue involves our cashier not removing the security tag from an item that was purchased. Now, I have to find the receipt and return the purchase for my niece.”

“Man listen… I came in just tryna do a simple return, nothing extra, and somehow it turned into a whole circus ?. The employee Ebony had the nastiest attitude, rolling eyes, smacking lips, acting like I was inconveniencing them for doing their JOB.
Didn’t greet me, didn’t explain nothing, just straight rude and obnoxious, talking slick under their breath like I couldn’t hear it. Whole vibe was I don’t wanna be here and neither should you. Real unprofessional, real childish.
Customer service was non-existent. If you hate people that bad, clock out and go home, don’t take it out on customers. I walked out annoyed, confused, and definitely not coming back. Do better, because this ain’t it ?”
