The best things about DBS Pharmacy is their friendliness, their speed and accuracy in filling prescriptions, and not having to wait hours for that prescription. One of the best decisions I've madewas when I decided to switch my prescriptions to DBS.

If you want GREAT service from a pharmacy that really takes an interest in their customers health and well-being, then this is the pharmacy for you! Ella goes the extra mile for her customers, and the other staff members are very nice and friendly as well.

Ella and her team are TOP notch people. They go above and beyond for all their customers. She stayed after closing to process my babies medicine and I was so so grateful for her kindness. Drop CVS , drop Walgreens and bring all your business to DBS on airline highway. There’s a super convenient drive through for all those rainy days or perfect for parents that don’t want to take all their kids out the car seats!

We have recently switched all of our prescriptions from Walgreens to DBS. The owner, Ella, is a skilled pharmacist, but she also possesses a compassionate and empathetic nature. She took the time to get to know us as individuals and not just as customers, fostering a sense of trust and camaraderie. It's evident that she genuinely cares about the health and well-being of her patients.

This will forever be my pharmacy. Mrs ella and her husband are truly wonderful and all around genuine beautiful people they have the best customer service they know each and every one of their customers by name they take the time to really make u feel unlike any pharmacy ive ever been to. Their very kind and sweet people i can see their effort and how much they truly care about each and every person who comes into their pharmacy. Me n my mom use them. But not only they also have a mini store inside where you can find so many thing's medicine really cool new Orlean gifts and soo much more. Ive truly enjoye each time i go inside they way they make u feel seen and cared for ive never had such a real and geniune experience as i have with them i will forever stay with them i feel as their family. With so much love and care they give . It really makes u feel an amazing experience each time i go to get my medicine and also really cool items . Thank u dbs pharmacy for being sooo wonderful.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! These ladies are always so kind and warm, not to mention extremely knowledgeable! I have full faith that my health is in good hands here. They remember when I need to refill my Rx's before I do!Everyone here is very personable- They call to speak to me directly instead of sending faceless emails. Not to mention, the delightful staff always treat me with such decency and respect- even when I'm tired and come to pick up my prescriptions in my pajamas. ?Not that I need to come in- they even have a drive through! I just prefer to come in and visit this lovely staff in person.I'm on the west bank, and it's with the drive!

Best pharmacy in Jefferson Parish, great friendly customer service, and extremely fast service I drive from Westbant to DBS on Airline worth the trip for the service I get, have the bigger pharmacies beat by a long short...also great as Amazon Hub Center...Which I could give more than 5 stars...

Best & friendliest pharmacy all around. Ella & staff are the best, they actually care about your health. They fill and call every month when my scripts are ready. I never miss a dose or stand in line. Quick vaccines too.
