The pharmacist named Lisa at this location needs to be disciplined immediately. She just yelled at me and told me I speak to slow and said she didn't have time to do her job. Please feel free to contact me. I have sent a few emails to every email address I could find on my app and online. The call should be recorded and I will make myself available to discuss it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. As much money as the customers spend on prescriptions and other items, they refused a 5 year old little girl to use the restroom as she was dancing around. She wondered why others were coming out the restroom. Do better.

The CVS on Veteran's and Greenacres in metaire LA. Has a cashier in front store who gos way beyond her job to make anyone's day better and is one of the friendly I've ever incounterd the store is clean and has always had anything I needed in stock love love this CVS

Too bad I had to give them 1 star…tried to check out and cashier SAW me standing there….instead of coming over she walked over to a cart and started separating price tags…when I started to walk off to the self checkout she made a remark about me being impatient! Guess the customer isn’t always right….this is typical behavior for this store….

Please take care of your overgrown neglected grounds. It’s becoming a real eye sore and I have called and left messages for your manager to address this issue without any action being taken. Weeds, vines, dead trees, the shrubs need trimming. The weeds have turned into trees.

I just went to the store and was at the counter with $81.00 merchandise. One of the items had a coupon for $2.00, but "Arthur" said the coupon wasn't able to be used. I told him that it was for the exact item, and he said, "I said it's not going to work." I told him to call a manager. He said, "I am the manager," and he took all of my items off the counter and said, "Goodbye. HAVE A NICE DAY!!@!!!" I asked if he was kidding. He said, "I said, HAVE A NICE DAY!""" I called customer service and they would not take my complaint because I couldn't remember what address I signed up my Care card under. Unbelievable!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!! I just spent two hours in line trying to get a COVID test that should take no longer then 20 minutes MAX. After them telling me that their system is down. Then that i had to reschedule and come back. Then when they tell me it is back up and I leave work again to go back. They tell me that their computer is not printing the documents. To cancel my appointment and reschedule AGAIN! But yet the website wont allow me to do that. So they told me that they couldn't help me. I wasted 2 hours of my time off of work for NOTHING! This was the most ridiculous intersection I have ever had with a pharmacy. Meanwhile, my boyfriend and everyone else in the line was able to take their test (even though it took a long time).
