The jury is still out on this one. I'm trying out the service now and I am happy so far. That proff is in the mustard so to say. If and when I do have a reason for calling customer support will they be as inept at doing their job as the last provider I had was iss yet to be seen. For now 4 stars

The guy was really nice but wasn't of any help to me. Cricket still can't help you find your phone apparently. And the phone service is even worse. Phone selection is getting terrible as well. I may consider a new phone company
