I bought a brand new phone Motorola G stylus and the phones camera stopped working on the 9th day and no one would help me. I then called the 800 number to find out what to do because I feel like I was ripped off over $223.00!! I'm furious . No one called me back to make a claim!! I have been a customer with them for 4 years! Sad! ???

It was a good experience. The environment was rather stuffy and warm. The two ladies working were friendly, rather knowledge and quite professional. The free phones were not tempting or very exciting. I went to cricket for a certain phone. The phone I purchased was an 2021 model instead of the 2020 model which the store didn't have. At the moment, satisfied with my purchase.

I've been with ya'll for 5 yrs and not once hqave I ever been offered an upgrade(5 yrs) whereas the company I was with before offered upgrades every 3 or 4 months, my plan was decent so I kept hoping for one but whenever I questioned them, they were more than happy to sell me a new one...I'm 65 yrs old so if you're my age ask questions, you would have thought after seeing my face once a month it would send up a red flag....guess I'm gonna have to go elsewhere. Shame on you Cricket! Beware friends

Cricket was a lot better before it became an AT&t monopolists conquest. I've had my cricket account since 2007. Customer service has always been pretty shabby. But ever since they sold out to AT&t, service has deteriorated while price has increased. For me it is an excellent example of why corporate monopolies should be smashed. FREE MARKETS !!!
