Staff is extremely rude over the phone and give you attitudes upon asking questions or trying to clarify things yet they will talk over you. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I recently had a fantastic experience with CARS that I just had to share. My car had been severely mishandled by another mechanic who not only failed to fix the initial problem but actually made things worse. I was at my wit's end when I brought my car to CARS, hoping they could undo the damage.
From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping me. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues, explaining everything in a way that made sense without any confusing jargon. It was immediately clear that they knew exactly what they were doing.
Not only did they identify and fix the problem caused by the previous mechanic, but my car now is running better than it has in years. Their honesty and transparency throughout the process were refreshing.
The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt valued as a customer and confident in the quality of their work. I will never go anywhere else for car repairs and maintenance. If you want a reliable, honest, and skilled team to take care of your vehicle, look no further.

I recently contacted this establishment seeking information, however, I was disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed during the call. Despite my attempt to inquire about availability, I was abruptly interrupted and informed that no availability existed, even though I had not yet provided any details. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Let me start by saying everyone I met was really nice. First time customer, I took my car in for a leaking valve gasket and a chirping noise. Which was thought to be due to oil on a belt.
While there, they said my timing belt and tensioner needed replacing. I was surprised as I’d just had both replaced 2 years ago. While I was skeptical I allowed the repair.
I picked the car up and discovered the chirping noise was still happening. I took it back. They told me it was likely a CVT belt. Thankfully they don’t make those repairs or I’m sure they would have wanted to put in a new transmission. I took it to Nissan at that point. Turns out the undercarriage cover was missing a few tacks. Wind was catching it and causing the sound. They replaced those and the noise is gone. Out the door a mere $96 later.
While the valve gasket repair was necessary, I don’t think a timing belt was needed and realize I have no recourse at this point.
I’ll be going to Nissan for all future repairs. Shame really, I wanted to like this shop as women owned and near my office.

I have been using them for nearly seven years, and they have always provided me quality service.
In the past, I have dealt with repair shops that were clearly just about profit and couldn’t care less about the condition of my vehicle. If it’s a service CARS can do, I always go straight to them!

I took my car to CARS for the first time today for AC maintenance. I was prepared to hear that I had a leak in my AC line and would also need a Freon recharge which is very expensive. As it turns out the hot air blowing in my passenger side was my fault and nothing wrong with my car. The charge was zero $. When I need Auto Repair, I will definitely trust them with any service I might need.

Such a refreshing experience! I felt like CARS truly respected me and my time. I will be back for sure.When my air conditioning stopped working, I took it to a Toyota dealership and was completely disappointed by the service I received there. I was told it would cost $2000 to fix my air conditioning and when I asked for details on the repair, I was basically told “Everything is just broken— gotta replace it all.”I requested additional detail multiple times and was brushed off. It was pretty insulting, and I decided to take my car elsewhere. Thank goodness I found CARS!!Everything was explained so thoroughly and I felt so cared for by everyone at the shop. They kept me updated on every aspect of the repair, and gave me all of the details on the parts that needed to be replaced. Even though the repair was still pricey, I felt much better about spending my money at CARS. :)

From my original call, to dropping my car off, to picking it up, everyone was not only polite, but actively nice to talk to. They fixed my air conditioning issue for a fair price. And they even sent me a thank you card after! Highly recommend.Services: Auto A/C recharge

I am very satisfied with my experience with cars auto repair .my ac wasn't working in blowing cold air out the vents in my dash and it was driving me crazy ,it was so hot .cars found the issue and fixed it fast and at a fair price .I'm getting ready to go out of town and will be in my truck in the heat of this southern summer ,but I know now my ac will be cooling me off as it's suppose to .thank you cars for getting my issue fixed .Service: Air conditioning

I've have been looking for a good place to make repairs to my car and not have me be disappointed because they overcharged or they couldn't do it in a timely fashion. Well CARS did neither they fixed my car I'm so satisfied with the outcome I'm happy to know of this place. No hesitation need a good repair company this is it.Services: A/C installation & repair
