When I tell you terrible do not consider these people they will tack on extra charges to your insurance company making them total out your car cause the value of the car was not worth the amount of damages it’s ridiculous. These people over there at clean fleet is scamming people making you pay more money for storage charges and not doing any work done to your car at all. Do not use them I’m telling you, you’re going to regret it and be out of a car.

Clean Fleet was recommended to me by Lexus. I have several vehicles repaired at Clean Fleet, and I was pleased with the work. However, I was extremely disappointed when last April 2023. My 2016 Sienna needed work after a hit and run accident. The initial photo estimate by Progressive was to repair it. Progressive agreed for me to take it to Clean Fleet, my favorite shop. I called Clean Fleet and was td to take the car there. I arranged for my work hours and rental car. When I got there, someone came out later and I said Clean Fleet could not take the car because of the year and mileage. Progressive might total the car, and would not pay for the storage fee which was about $34 per day. Since all the arrangements were made, I said I would pay for the storage fee if the insurance wouldn’t.
The car was totaled. Progressive paid more than $400 storage fee. It sounded fair. However, a lien was placed in my car because there was another $900 charge that Progressive did not agree for administrative fee and estimation fee. Progressive said it always did its own estimate. I could not settle the claim, and the storage fee would continue to rise. I paid the $900 to Clean Fleet to have Progressive total my car. Clean Fleet should have told me about its extra fees. I felt that I was misled about the fees by Clean Fleet. Progressive told me that it never refused to pay for storage fee. Progressive said why would it or I pay almost $1000 for my van when nothing was done to it.
I learn my lesson. I would think hard to consider Clean Fleet again. There are many other choices in the area.

I have used Clean Fleet on Hearst St. for approximately 20 years. I have always had a great experience until this time.
I brought my car over for an estimate. I was given a quote, and made an appointment to drop my car off Monday morning, February 19th. At which time I was told my car would be ready in approximately a week- two weeks max. At the end of the week, I call to check on the status of my car, I was told they were waiting on an adjustment on the claim amount Geico paid. On week two I heard nothing nor did I call for an update. So the third week I call Geico prior to see if they received the adjustment request. They said they have never heard or received anything from Clean Fleet. I call the rep to check on the status of my car and he tells me he hasn’t followed up because he has been on vacation the past week. I said nobody covers or follows up on someone else’s car when they take a vacation? He tells me to hold on so he can check the paperwork, says “Oh yes, we still haven’t heard back from them. I will follow up.” So about 20 minutes after I hung with him I get a call back from Geico saying it was just faxed over 10 minutes for the first time They were astonished my car had been sitting at the collision center for 3 weeks untouched. The one month mark i called Clean Fleet. So once again I call to check on the status of my car. The rep says work has NOT been started on the car. I express to him how discouraged I am that my car has been sitting for one month untouched. He apologizes for it “falling through the cracks” and says he is going to order the bumper that day, and assures me my car will be done by the end of the week. Then I get a phone call from the rep saying the bumper will take another two weeks to come in! So my car will have been with Clean Fleet for 1.5 months untouched. Sitting. While I am paying for a rental car. Why on earth was the bumper not ordered on day one? When I received the estimate, it was known I needed a bumper. It should have been ordered the very day I brought my car in. I could have been driving my car all this time. My car had been sitting there one month. The rep then goes to tell me he sees some markings on the front bumper, and proceeds to tell me he knows that’s separate and asks me if I want an estimate on that? I said I was given an estimate of $1,000. He said no we have to work up an estimate. Not sure what has changed from when i first brought it in for my initial estimate. I then proceed to ask if he can do that front end repaint at no charge since I am paying two house notes on rental car fees. He said no we can’t do that for free. Free? It’s not free. I am paying an unnecessary $2,600 in car rental fees. I didn’t even have the strength to clarify if he told Geico about the car alignment being off. I am just so disgusted and upset with the lack of updates and follow-thru this time around. recommend you all. It’s just upsetting the lack of service I have received this time around. This has really caused me a great deal of stress and despair. For the rep to say this “fell through the cracks” is ridiculous. This is just outright negligence. I even left a message for the owner to call me. Never received a call back. This is just plain bad business.
**update** the owner called me. He said he never received the message- which I believe. He also stated he will look into it. I understand things happen and things don’t always run smoothly. I don’t want anyone getting trouble. I just want to provide some feedback. Changing my rating from one star to three stars because the work was done very well and I was contacted.

This company and all of its employees were extremely helpful when both me and my wife got hit from behind in both our vehicles a few months apart! They dealt with the insurance company and that was super helpful because that can be a pain. They took care of everything and made the entire process a breeze. Definitely will use in the future!

I had a terrible experience each time Tiffany is a big joke lies lies lies she told me my car was ready they clean it when I get their it never been clean then she said BMW clean my car I felt humiliated and felt a lil prejudice going on the way I was treated and the reaction I got from the gentleman who seen my car dirty and said maybe I got it dirty well clean the dam car I wouldn’t bring a roach there and I’m going in all my ways I communicate and let my feelings be heard

I called today to see if I needed to make an appointment to drop off my vehicle or if I could walk in. I was given two sets of hours that I could walk in. I asked if they assessed the vehicle and felt like they could repair it, would I be able to leave the car there the same day. I was told "No, you would need to make an appointment." ..... ok. So I asked if I could go ahead and make an appointment, to which the young lady replied "No. The person who makes the appointments is on vacation until Monday." ..... ok. I let her know that I would call back Monday. She then went on to say.... "Well, I'll let you know that we already have 6 cars here that haven't even been taken apart yet." At that point I figured my business wasn't wanted. I'm disappointed because Clean Fleet comes highly recommended by the Lexus Dealership where I purchased my car. I'll take today's call as a sign to go elsewhere.

I brought my car here thinking Clean Fleet would do a good job after an accident based on the reviews. Got my car back with problems they didn't fix. I had to call insurance to chase them about it.Clean fleet is not able to deliver on-time, or corrected in full. I was patient with what they told me to expect but got a lot of excuses about why they couldn't do things on time or conveniently forgot to finish a job they agreed to do.I will not recommend, nor doesinsurance or other dealerships.
