Bought 2 packs of cigarettes, opened first one and find out that it is eaten by some bugs... brought it back... manager told they won’t change it or refund because I opened it... how could I know what’s inside the pack if it’s closed?

Imposes a credit card minimum without disclosing this with signage. Found out _after_ I had picked out my purchase and attempted to pay for it. Imposes same minimum for debit cards in violation of the law and applicable Visa/MasterCard regulations.
