This branch is so freaking slow for drive thru

At least 1 out of 3 ATMs are down on any given day. I go to this bank about once every 3 weeks and the drive through ATM hasn’t functioned properly in probably 6 months. But the staff I have dealt with have always been courteous and easy to deal with.

Chase will do nothing but waste your time. I went to a different location to handle an issue with my account, but they said my mother had to be present to give her authorization. That’s fine, I understand and it completely makes sense. So my mother ends up going to her usual location, this one, and she explains the situation to them. They tell her that I can come in and request those account changes without her being present, that they don’t know why that other branch told her she needed to be there. So what do I do? I leave work early to come here to finally make those changes to my account. And OF COURSE!!! I’m told sorry, she needs to be here to give her authorization. For 3 weeks I have been trying to make these account changes and everyone at Chase keeps telling me something different. Don’t waste your time here. In fact, don’t waste your time with Chase at all. Just go bank with someone else.

Stopped in for some quarters. Such a weird layout and a bit difficult to get to. One entrance for ATM and drive thru and signage is hard to view. Another separate entrance to the lobby and I am assuming it was designed that way to deter robberies. Lobby is another oddity - wide open space with no lines for the tellers. Also not used to seeing no plexiglass for the tellers! Teller who helped me was very nice though.

One out of 4 walk up ATMs working. That's ridiculous. 3 are newer and 1 is old as can be... Something needs to be done4? Years after posting the review above I'm removing a star because STILL have awful ATMs. None were working so I couldn't withdraw any money.

This has to be the worst branch. This is the closet one to me so it’s more convenient. But they don’t have a drive up and on top of that the drive up atm hasn’t been able to accept deposits for months. So that is extremely frustrating for a mom of two because I have to haul the kids out the car to the walk up atm. They could do better.

I just want to know WHY DONT ANY OF THESE ATMS EVER WORK. Does anyone ever check these? Came here on a Sunday and the drive thru wouldn't accept cash . I came here on a Monday and the walk up ATM once again wasn't working. I just seriously don't get it
