This is the third time I have walked in Schwab, asked a question and could not get an answer. Unbelievable!!!
They give me a card from behind the desk and give me a card and point to a number and tell me to call this number to get an answer!
I am so sick of this happening to me. These guys work for Schwab but none of them can ever answer a question concerning ANYTHING!!! I am so sick of being treated like an alley cat.....I wish I never would have opened an account here,

Started out great MANY years ago; now they are very indifferent and don't seem as well trained nor helpful. After this last hassle will be moving portfolio elsewhere.

I went to the new office on Vets with several changes to my accounts, moderately complicated, to be done. Ms Boudreaux provided excellent service & explained everything. At the conclusion, she gave us her card so we can call her with any other concerns. She was so nice & professional, exceeding expectations.

I can't put my finger on it, exactly. But there's an unmistakably odd feeling when you do business with the people behind the desk. Based on the looks and greetings (or lack thereof) of staff, I get the distinct feeling I'm not "worth enough" to be bothered with. Picture the boutique scene in "Pretty Woman."
