Just left this mall. It was right at closing. My kids were in the store. However, the door guard would not let me in. SHE CAN LET PEOPLE OUT BUT NOT IN. She didn't care that I had the money for their purchase. She was ademat that she's just FOLLOWING THE RULES. She continued to be mouthy and because I didn't want to ruin the first day of the kids trip to the big easy WE LEFT. Even if we return to this mall we will not return to this store, "Comission Cathy" lacks customer service and could care less about a sell.

Dropped in here with my 13 year-old daughter to buy her some new shoes. We had already hit Foot Locker and Dillard's in the mall and this was going to be our last stop. Being a Saturday afternoon, it was complete chaos with wall-to-wall people in the store, but we were immediately greeted by Justyn as soon as we walked in. My daughter wasn't sure what she wanted, or what size she needed, so Justyn took the lead and patiently explained the size difference between youth and adult shoes while also retrieving several pairs for her to try. She settled on one pair and Justyn volunteered that they were Nike's newest colorway and that they had just come in a couple days ago. I appreciated his knowledge about the brand, as well as his composure given the hectic atmosphere of helping so many customers. We were barely acknowledged when we stopped in Foot Locker (and they weren't even busy) so our experience with Justyn and Champs Sports was outstanding!

I must say Champs lakeside sucks the most l won yeezys on the app Friday they didn't open Saturday but all of a sudden they're open on Sunday and l have until 3 o clock to pick em up mind u Hurricane Barry barely did anything yesterday now due to the rain from it today my neighborhood is flooded and they won't hold my shoes till tomorrow. I had a friend in the store offered to grab for me sent pics of my lD and app info and the employee refused to let him. Y'all are true trash for this 1 !!!
