This company will not save your company money. The adjustors will draw out claims and ultimately cost you more money. Additionally, they will refer your claimant to unnecessary or altogether incorrect specialists costing additional money unnecessarily. You'd be better off using an internal adjustor if you can afford it. This is perhaps the worst waste of money you can make.

They have very poor customer service skills and only think about themselves. I was injured at work, upper right rib area. Thought it was my gallbladder, went to the hospital and they thought it was my gallbladder giving me problems too. The hospital didn't find anything. I continued to work for over a month and then went to the chiropractor to just pop me. There they told me I had a couple ribs out of place. I told my boss what they to me and then made a workman's comp case a little after that. CCMSI denied my claim.

I have an insurance claim with the county .. PRC uses CCMSI. So I have been dealing with them for WAY too long. The insurance adjuster is out of the office most of the time, doesnt respond to emails, im not sure he checks his emails unless you get him on the phone and insist on waiting while he looks through them. Having to go without my primary source for transportation for 3 months has affected every aspect of my life in VERY negative ways, including loss of all income. I dont know if its this way for everyone they deal with or if i am just a really low priority.
