extremely bad vibes in there now , not sure if new owner or what, but each new employee is on a power trip including the manager whom I witnessed talk to this old poor lady like she was NOTHING . I felt so bad. Karma is real .

Worst customer service ever. Woman was extremely rude and literally no help whatsoever. Mind you I called 7 other pawn shops besides this one in search for a specific item and didn't have any problems except for this one. If you aren't interested in helping a potential paying customer find a new job!!

Clerk possibly the manager was a male got an attitude when asked if he could drop $5 on the price of an item he said " you do know the price marked is wjat u want for it "
